This 3 class series is for a second + time mama who has already taken childbirth classes and only wants to learn the practices of HypnoBirthing. We will meet once per week for 3 weeks over Zoom.

Birth Partners are highly encouraged to join this class series.

Beginning after 23 weeks pregnant we can find a 3 consecutive class schedule that works best for you. There will be weekly homework and relaxation techniques.

In addition to taking this course, I recommend that you purchase the Rainbow Relaxation track from the HypnoBirthing website for $12.
