Postpartum Breathwork Healing

This is an in person meeting focused on trauma healing and reconnection to your body.

This session can be scheduled for 12+ weeks postpartum.

In our session I guide clients through a powerful style of Breathwork that releases the constraints of the conscious mind and helps the client tap into the subconscious holding patterns. This session is much deeper than hypnosis. The client will feel a flood of vital energy moving through their bodies. At first it is energizing and will become relaxing and clarifying at the end of the session. One session can change your life. A session can last from 2-3 hours.
