This is an additional class option for families, mothers or partners. In this HypnoBirthing Fear Release session I guide 1-3 members of a group through a fear release exercise to prepare for the birth and welcoming of the new baby into the family. We will release all fear associated with birthing, unworthiness and past traumas to make room for the new baby to safely enter the world. 

This session lasts from 1-1.5 hours.
